Skype is in multilib repo which by default is not enabled, so we should edit arch repo file
sudo nano /etc/pacman.conf
uncomment following lines
#[multilib] #Include = /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist
and now run installation with pacman
sudo pacman -S skype
